Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the concept and types of transnational organized crime, the author shows its scale and impact on the national sovereignty and security of modern states. The article shows that transnational organized crime is rapidly adapting to the realities of modern society and the current international situation. It is a product of a modern globalizing society. The active integration of the economic, political and social spheres of the world community has led to the transition of crime from a national to a transnational form. And only with the help of international consolidation is it possible to counter transnational organized crime.
