The problem of involving minors in criminal activity through information and communication technologies is considered. Despite the prevalence of such actions, the statistics of persons convicted under Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Involvement of a minor in the commission of a crime» remains extremely low, which indicates the latency of such crimes, difficulties in their detection and investigation. The growing scale of the involvement of minors in criminal activities necessitates the development of systemic counteraction measures (legislative, educational, preventive) aimed at creating a safe and favorable digital environment for young people.
