In the context of global digital transformation, departmental higher education faces a dual challenge: integrating advanced open educational technologies to improve the effectiveness of training while simultaneously maintaining the confidentiality of educational programs. However, modern requirements for graduates dictate the need to modernize the educational process. One key vector of such modernization is the introduction of digital support elements. At the same time, studying international experience allows us to identify the most effective models and digital solutions and adapt them for further modernization of the domestic system.
