Abstract:
The research of the results of formation of personal qualities of future employees of internal affairs bodies is presented. It is shown that the type of educational environment is one of the factors that allows to form professionally important qualities of cadets in the process of training in the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The differences in the personality profiles of students in different educational environments have been established. Empirically, the interrelationships between the types of educational environments and cadets' personality qualities have been established.
