GENESIS OF PRIVATE LEGAL REGULATION OF LEGAL RELATIONS ARISING FROM THE USE OF INFORMATION AGGREGATION SITES
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The dynamics of development of private law regulation of legal relations arising with the use of information aggregation sites is being investigated. The comparative legal analysis of the regulation of social relations arising in the framework of distance selling and buying, on the example of the legislation of countries belonging to different legal systems is being conducted. The peculiarities of contracts concluded between sellers and owners of aggregators of information are revealed. It is argued that the problem of contractual regulation of purchase and sale mediated by the use of information aggregators is an unreasonable policy of the owners of aggregators, aimed at discrediting the less protected party - the seller.
