Abstract:
Based on the studied practical materials, the analysis of the practice of applying a measure of criminal procedural coercion in the form of a monetary penalty by the investigator to participants in criminal proceedings is carried out and the criteria for distinguishing the application of Article 17.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and Article 118 of the Code of Criminal Procedure during the preliminary investigation are determined.
