A retrospective analysis of the texts of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts regulating digital rights, attracting investments with the help of utilitarian digital rights, digital financial assets was carried out. Conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of the mechanism of legal regulation and its compliance with regulated legal relations.
