The problem-oriented strategy of the patrol service is due to changing social conditions, the spread of the client paradigm of public services in the interpretation of the activities of state institutes, and civil consumerism. The internal affairs bodies should demonstrate visible results directly at the places of service, and not just figures of generalized statistics. The police patrol is a key element of public order in a public place.
