The increase in the load on the personnel of the internal affairs bodies requires the use of new approaches that allow optimizing man-cost operations and at the same time maintaining the quality of the final result. One of the problems of this plan is to ensure the consideration of cases of administrative offenses in courts without diverting employees to escort (escort) administratively detained citizens to court. Legislation allows courts to consider such cases remotely. However, most police departments are not ready for this. The article, using the example of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, discusses ways to deploy a mechanism for considering cases of administrative offenses in the video-conferencing mode.
