MECHANISM FOR ATTRACTION OF FINANCIAL ASSETS OF RUSSIAN LABOR MIGRANTS IN THE REGIONAL ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The possibility of solving urgent problems of the regional economy and the social sphere through the mechanism of attracting financial assets of Russian migrant workers is being investigated. The relevance of this approach stems from the current situation in the migration sphere due to the sharp increase in the flow of migrants from the country, which determines the need to form new approaches in regional migration policy. It is pointed out that Russian labor migrants have a relatively high financial status in foreign companies and organizations, solve their pressing problems and the problems of their families, while not paying due attention to their civic duty, which is expressed in supporting the regional and national economy and social sphere in today's difficult conditions. This situation is due to the fact that Russian labor migrants abroad are disconnected from real information about what is happening, are not included in active interaction with compatriots, do not have the necessary mechanism to invest in the economy of the regions of Russia. The paper presents a mechanism for attracting financial assets of Russian migrant workers to the regional economy of the Russian Federation, which is based on the activities of non-governmental organizations abroad that have the opportunity to take on the tasks of consulting, informational and organizational support of financial interaction between migrant workers and the Russian socio-economic system. It is determined that this mechanism is able to positively affect the dynamics of GRP and GDP, and the financial resources received can help solve acute socio-economic and military-political problems of the regions of the Russian Federation.
