Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the psychological features of the formation of interest in learning among cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The current problems related to the motivation and involvement of cadets in the educational process are considered, the essence of interest as a psychological phenomenon and its role in professional training are analyzed. Special attention is paid to methods and techniques that help stimulate interest, including interactive approaches, professionally oriented tasks and the use of digital technologies. Examples are given to illustrate the influence of interest on the effectiveness of training and the formation of professional competencies among students. Based on an interdisciplinary approach, recommendations for university teachers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs aimed at improving the quality of training for law enforcement officers are proposed.
