Рассматриваются современные вызовы и угрозы в сфере внутренних дел Российской Федерации, представляющие собой ключевые риски для обеспечения национальной безопасности. Анализируется широкий спектр проблем: от цифровых угроз и киберпреступности до организованной преступности, терроризма, незаконного оборота наркотиков и оружия, а также незаконной миграции. Особое внимание уделяется внутренним проблемам системы МВД России, таким как кадровый дефицит, падение престижа службы, коррупция и избыточная бюрократизация управленческих процессов. На основе анализа предлагается комплекс мер организационного, технологического, кадрового и правового характера, направленных на повышение эффективности деятельности правоохранительных органов, усиление профилактической работы, модернизацию управления и восстановление общественного доверия. Делается вывод о необходимости системного и взаимосвязанного подхода для адаптации органов внутренних дел к современным условиям.
