Abstract:
The article analyzes conceptual approaches to the definition and structuring of professional competencies of police officers in the context of the transition to competence-based education. The article considers the difference between competence and competence, as well as the specifics of their formation for law enforcement activities requiring the integration of knowledge, skills and personal qualities.
