The correlation of land supervision and control is considered. Various approaches to the correlation of these concepts that have developed in the doctrine are indicated and disclosed. The conclusion is made about the independence of these two legal categories. It is proposed to fix specific standards for understanding control and supervision in the legislation, and subsequently to bring regulations in accordance with the accepted standards.
