Abstract:
The current problems of methodological support for situational and situational expert research, as well as its scientific and technological potential, are considered. The relevance of the indicated research topic is emphasized by the fact that in the current conditions of widespread digitalization and significant growth of technological, methodological, informational and logistical developments introduced into expert practice, in particular in the production of situational and situational examinations, the highest requirements are placed on the competence of a forensic expert. When considering these issues, attention is paid to the prevention of expert errors as an integral part of his competence. The study shows the main problems of methodological support for situational and situational expert research, reveals their causes, and suggests ways to eliminate them, including by differentiating the terminology between the concepts of «situational expertise» and «situational expertise». In conclusion, some recommendations are made on the formation and optimization of scientific and methodological support for this type of expertise.
